HP Printer Cartridges : How to Refill HP Ink Cartridges

Hi this is Taylor. It is possible to refill
HP cartridges and here is how. Most HP cartridges that contain the print head on the bottom
are refilled in similar fashions. All of the standard ones have stickers on the top, if
you peel back the sticker, there will be a hole giving you access to the inside of the
cartridge. To fill up, simply inject the ink into the center of the cartridge, cover it
back up, and the cartridge is full. Other of the older ones, you will need to pull out
the stoppers. To remove the stoppers, you just simply get a sharp object and then pull
out. You can also push them into the cartridge, and that has no mal-effects. Inside all of
HP’s print head cartridges, make sure is has a print head on the bottom, inside all of
these, there is just a sponge, so when you inject with ink, stick it mostly all the way
down to the bottom, and inject. So that way you do not get any air bubbles.

  1. Yeah I initially drilled a whole in the cartridge for a Officejet 6500 on the "tank" side of the ink cartridge and filled it up there, but the ink indicator kept still moving down to empty.

So, I found this hole that this guy talks about and filled in 10mm of ink through that, and about 1 to 3mm of ink came out the bottom of the tank where the sponge is. It was a right mess. The printer still thinks the ink is near empty. It's bullocks that I have to pay 31.00 for such little amt of ink.

  2. get the cartridge type, plug in the number on ebay and get one of the systems for it. Mine only set me back 25 bucks and includes a refilling system for CMYK 60ml per each. Ive filled up my cartridges 3 times now, now mess at all and now poking holes with syringes.

  3. MY HP6500 DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO INSTALL IT SAYS ITS NON HP , AND DEPLETED THE CARTAGE ,IS THERE ANY SOFTWARE HACK?

  4. Hi, I've an HP psc 950 printer, after refill I can use it immediately or I need to reset chip, cmos battery or everything else?
